摘要

【目的】观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血小板聚集率(PAG)的影响

并探讨其血小板抑制作用是否通过改变血小板释放MMP-9和MMP-2的途径实现?【方法】体外测定32例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的血小板经苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平处理前后聚集率的变化

同时用ELISA法测定MMP-9和MMP-2表达的变化?【结果】经苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平处理后

2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血小板的聚集率从(47.77 ± 11.92)%下降至(40.78 ± 13.97)%

P < 0.05

抑制率为(13.50 ± 25.23)%;MMP-2的表达从(22.27 ± 17.52)ng/mL下降到(19.85±17.09)ng/mL

MMP-9的表达从(61.12±30.95)ng/mL下降到(59.92 ± 32.78)ng/mL

P > 0.05? 【结论】苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平可抑制2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血小板聚集

其抑制作用不是通过改变血小板释放MMP-9和MMP-2的途径实现?

Abstract

【Objective】 To study the effects of levamlodipine on the platelet aggregation and expression of MMP-9/MMP-2 in the patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension. 【Methods】 32 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension were recruited. Platelet aggregation (platelet aggregation maximal

PAGM) was determined by the blood coagulation instrument TYXN-91A. The concentrations of MMP-9

MMP-2 in platelet were measured by ELISA. 【Results】 PAGM of patients with T2DM and hypertension were reduced after using levamlodipine (before (47.77 ± 11.92)% vs after (40.78 ± 13.97)%

platelet inhibition rate was (13.50 ± 25.23)%

while there was no statistically differences that MMP-9

MMP-2 releasing after using levamlodipine. 【Conclusion】 Levamlodipine can inhibit platelet aggregation in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Levamlodipine has no effect on expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2.
