【目的】 探讨睡眠伴侣辅助治疗对慢性失眠患者行为疗法依从性及疗效影响?【方法】 对象为64例门诊慢性失眠患者
研究组和对照组各32例?两组患者均给予睡眠卫生教育和行为疗法
疗程4周
研究组睡眠伴侣辅助治疗?在基线?2周?4周末采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定患者睡眠状况?每天记录睡眠日志
主要指标包括入睡潜伏期(SL)?夜间觉醒时间(WASO)?总睡眠时间(TST)?睡眠效率(SE)?在治疗末评估患者对行为疗法5种主要成分的依从程度?【结果】 重复测量的方差分析显示
研究组和对照组PSQI总分?SL?SE?WASO在治疗前后不同时间之间的差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)
时间因素和分组因素存在交叉效应 (P < 0.05)
研究组的改善优于对照组
Cohen d效应量分别为0.76?0.62?0.93?0.70?研究组对“固定起床时间[(82.83 ± 9.87)vs(75.14 ± 11.99)]?限制卧床时间[(79.21 ± 8.80)vs(71.28 ± 7.21)]?不在床上做其他事[(81.03 ± 11.43)vs(74.73 ± 12.43)]”的依从性高于对照组
差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)?【结论】 睡眠伴侣辅助的行为疗法
不仅可提高患者的依从性

【Objective】 To assess the efficacy of partner-assisted behavioral treatment to improve treatment adherence and sleep quality.【Methods】 64 adults with chronic insomnia and common comorbidities were recruited and given behavioral treatment for 4 weeks. Participants were randomly assigned to either intervention group(IG
n = 32) or control group(CG
n = 32). Bed partners of the patients in intervention group were integrated into the treatment. The primary outcome was self-report symptom
based on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and sleep diaries(including Sleep Latency-SL
Wake after Sleep Onset-WASO
Total Sleep Time-TST
Sleep Efficiency-SE) which were evaluated on baseline and at the end of the 2th
4th week treatment. Continuous variables were evaluated by repeated-measures multivariate analyses of variance (MANOVA). Adherence to each therapeutic element was scored post-treatment by visual analog on a 100-mm line.【Results】 The MANOVA showed a significant treatment group×time interaction
as well as time main effects for PSQI
SL
SE and WASO. The patients in intervention group made better improvements than those in control group
