【Objective】 Based on Theory of Planned Behavior to investigate the characteristics of the cognitive behavior on female heroin abusers for the clues of treating their abuse behaviors. 【Methods】 Adult Nowicki-Strickland Internal-External Control Scale

General Self-Efficacy Scale and Single Category Implicit Association Test were used in randomized controlled study to select 277 female heroin abusers and 117 matched females. 【Result】 Normative beliefs of subjects from the research and the control groupshave significant difference(P < 0.05); The Self-Control score of research group was higher than control group(P < 0.001); Thescores of IAT between the research and the control groups have significant difference(P < 0.001). 【Conclusion】 The female heroin abusers are in a social environment ofrelatively tolerant to the action of drug taking compared with normal female
