Immunocytofluorescence indicated the expression of GLUT1 in the plasma membrane of insulin group was the strongest in the four groups and losartan could increase the GLUT1 expression in the plasma membrane partly. 【Conclusion】 AngII increases the expression of GLUT1
which is concentration dependent. Ang II prohibits the insulin-induced increasing of GLUT1 in the plasma membrane (translocation)
and losartan could partly blocks the effect of AngII on the function of insulin.
