Abstract: 【Objective】 To analyze the perinatal clinical features and outcome of 378 cases with chronic hepatitis B in pregnancy. 【Methods】 According to HBV-DNA ≥ 1.0 × 103 IU/mL
378 cases were divided into HBV-DNA positive group (172 cases) and HBV-DNA negative group (206 cases). A total of 1144 cases without chronic hepatitis B in pregnancy were control group. The in-hospital days
gestational age at delivery
cesarean section rate
and the occurrence of pregnancy complications (premature delivery
postpartum hemorrhage
gestational diabetes
hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy
fetal growth restriction
abnormal amniotic fluid
fetal distress) were recorded for each group. The neonate birth weight
the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were recorded for each group. Differences between groups were compared. 【Results】 The incidence of preterm birth (< 34 weeks) of HBV-DNA positive group was significantly higher than non-hepatitis B carriers group(control group). The neonate birth weight of HBV-DNA positive group and HBV-DNA negative group are significantly lower than control group
the occurrence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia of the two groups were significantly higher than control group. The differences in the incidence of the other pregnancy complications and neonatal asphyxia showed no statistically significant among the three groups. 【Conclusion】 When the hepatitis B viral load is higher
the occurrence of spontaneous preterm birth (< 34 weeks) increases and the neonate birth weight is lower. the incidence of the other pregnancy complications are not influenced by the hepatitis B viral load.
