provide experimental evidence for further stratified therapy in childhood ALL. 【Methods】 miRNA expression profile was analyzed within 10 diagnosis-complete remission (CR) childhood ALL bone marrow samples (as gene chip group). Abnormal expression of miRNA was verified by qRT-PCR (as experimental group). The correlation of abnormal miRNA with prognosis of ALL was analyzed through clinical data. 【Results】 For samples at diagnosis
the miR-708
miR-181b
miR-199a-3p
miR-320a
miR-145 possessed a higher level of miRNA expression. In addition
lower expression of miRNA was detected in miR-223
miR-1244
miR-494
miR-124
miR-23a
miR-27a
miR-181a*
and miR-23b. In validation group
the miR-708
miR-223 and miR-27a were selected for further verify by qRT-PCR
the result was consistent with experimental group. Relapse-free survival analysis showed that patients with higher miR-708
miR-223 or miR-27a expression at diagnosis had a higher RFS rate compared with the lower expression group. 【Conclusion】 miRNA was strong biomarkers for predicting the outcome of ALL. High miR-708
miR-223 and miR-27a expression levels in newly diagnosed childhood ALL had a better outcome compared with the lower expression patients. suggesting the potential application value in guiding clinical stratified treatment.
