【目的】 观察大脑转移瘤所致交叉性小脑机能联系不能(CCD)的18F-FDG PET/CT的表现以及探讨丘脑在CCD发生的作用。【方法】 回顾性分析218例脑转移瘤患者的18F-FDGPET/CT的表现,根据脑转移灶是否侵犯丘脑分成两组,比较两组患者CCD的发生率;比较不同脑转移瘤数量的患者CCD发生率。【结果】 218例脑转移患者中,24例发生CCD,发生率为11.0%。单发脑转移患者47例,CCD发生3例;双发脑转移患者56例,CCD发生5例;多发脑转移患者115例,CCD发生16例,差异不具有统计学意义。其中丘脑受侵患者19例,CCD发生19例;转移瘤未累及丘脑者199例,发生CCD5例,差异具有统计学意义。【结论】 脑转移瘤数量的多少并不能影响CCD的发生;脑转移瘤侵犯丘脑可导致CCD的发生,丘脑可能是CCD发生的关键部位。
【Objective】 To observe the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in detecting crossed cerebellar diaschisis (CCD) in brain metastases and to study the effect of the thalamus in CCD. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of 218 cases of patients with brain metastases of 18F-FDG PET/CT, according to brain metastases whether infringement of the thalamus was divided into two groups. The incidence of CCD from two groups of the patients were compared. 【Results】 Among 218 patients with brain metastases 24 cases occurred CCD, the rate was 11.0%. Thalamus involvement in 19 patients, all occurred CCD; Thalamus was not invaded in the other 199 patients, only 5 cases of patients with CCD. Two groups of patients with CCD with a statistically significant difference. 47 cases of patients with single brain metastasis, 3 cases occurred CCD; 56 cases of patients with double brain metastasis, 5 cases occurred CCD. 115 cases of patients with multiple brain metastasis, 16 cases occurred CCD. The difference was not statistically significant. 【Conclusion】 Thalamus may be a key component of the CCD occurs.
