【Objective】To evaluate the effects of SPIO labeling on the IRP1 gene and protein expression in osteoblastlike differentiated cells. 【Methods】 To label the RADSC with SPIO and transfection agent PLL
then induce SPIO labeled and unlabeled RADSC into osteoblastic differentiation cells. Realtime quantitative PCR and Western blot was used to exam the expression level of IRP1 gene and protein on the 0 day
