【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between the 99mTcGFR (sGFR) and the imaging of 320DVCT in type 2 diabetic patients with nephropathy.【Methods】 A total of 320 slice dynamic volume CT were done and 99mTcDTPA GFR were measured in 63 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with nephropathy. According to the coronary stenosis

all cases were divided into four groups: no vessel pathologies group

coronary atherosclerosis group

single vessel group

and multivessel group. The sGFR between different groups was compared. 【Results】The levels of sGFR in no vessel pathologies groups were significantly higher than that of in coronary heart disease groups (P < 0.05). As the number of Stenosis of coronary artery increased

the levels of sGFR decreased (P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Renal function impairment of sGFR was correlated with the severity of CTA of coronary artery pathologies in type 2 diabetic patients with nephropathy. Meanwhile
