摘要

【目的】探讨输卵管积水手术治疗对改善子宫内膜白血病抑制因子(LIF) 和整合素αvβ3表达的意义。【方法】选择输卵管积水患者60例，输卵管阻塞患者30例，应用免疫组化方法测定输卵管积水患者手术治疗前后及阻塞组患者种植窗期子宫内膜LIF和整合素αvβ3的表达情况。【结果】LIF和整合素αvβ3在输卵管积水患者手术前种植窗期子宫内膜的表达水平明显低于阻塞组（P<0.05），经手术治疗后，子宫内膜种植窗期的LIF和整合素αvβ3表达水平与阻塞组无明显差异（P>0.05），手术治疗前后子宫内膜种植窗期的LIF和整合素αvβ3的表达水平有统计学差异（P<0.05）。【结论】输卵管积水降低了种植窗期子宫内膜LIF和整合素αvβ3的表达水平，LIF和整合素αvβ3可能是影响输卵管积水患者子宫内膜容受性的重要因子，手术治疗可改善种植窗期子宫内膜LIF和整合素αvβ3的表达。

Abstract

To investigate the effect of the management of hydrosalpinx on the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and integrin αvβ3 in the endometrium at the time of the implantation window.【Methods】 The expression of LIF and integrin αvβ3 in the endometrium during the implantation window were examined by immunohistochemical method in 60 patients with hydrosalpinx and 30 patients suffering from tubal occlusion without hydrosalpinx.【Results】 The expression of LIF and integrin αvβ3 in the endometrium at the time of the implantation window before the surgery were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After the surgery

the expression of endometrial LIF and integrin αvβ3 were not statistically significant compared with the control group (P>0.05). The expression of endometrial LIF and integrin αvβ3 were statistically significant before-and-after the surgery (P<0.05).【Conclusions】 The expression of LIF and integrin αvβ3 in the endometrium at implantation window decreased in patients with hydrosalpinx

LIF and integrin αvβ3 may be the important factors that affect the endometrial receptivity

and prior management of hydrosalpinx can improve the expression.
