【Objective】To study primarily the variability of ventricular repolarization in patient s w ith myocardial infartion(MI).【Method】To measure and analysis the QT intervals variability (QTV)and the QTc intervals variability (QTcV)by the 24 h Holter record in 35 patient s w ith MI and 37 controls using computer . 【Result】Some indexes of Q TV(ASDQ T)and most indexes of QTcV(SDQTc 、SDAQ Tc 、rMSSDQTc 、CVQTc) increased in patient s w ith MI than that of the cont rol group(P <0.05)sig nificant ly .And there is no difference of the indexes of the f requency domain betw een the tw o groups(P >0.05).【Conclusion】The QTV and QTcV increased in patients w ith MI

w hich indicated that the temporal heterogenity of ventricular repolarization increased in patients with MI .
