摘要

【目的】研究p53、p21 和bcl-2 基因蛋白在舌鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。【方法】用免疫组化SP 法检测54 例舌鳞状细胞癌组织标本p53、p21 和bcl-2 癌基因蛋白表达。【结果】舌鳞状细胞癌组织中p53、p21 和bcl-2 蛋白阳性率分别为46 %、61%、46 %;p53 和p21 蛋白表达与肿瘤细胞分化程度及颈淋巴结转移有关(P <0.05);p53 蛋白表达与p21 蛋白表达有关(P <0.05)

bcl-2 基因蛋白表达与p53 或p21 基因蛋白表达无关(P >0.05)。【结论】舌鳞状细胞癌组织中具有较高的p53、p21 和bcl-2 癌基因蛋白表达;p53 和/ 或p21 蛋白阳性病例恶性程度高

易发生颈淋巴结转移。p53 和/或p21 蛋白可作为舌鳞癌预后的参考指标。

Abstract

【Objective】To study the expression of p53

p21 and bcl-2 proteins in tongue squamous cell carcinomas (SCC)and their sig nificances .【Methods】The ex pression of p53

p21 and bcl-2 proteins in 54 cases of tongue SCC w as detected by immunohistochemical SP method .【Results】The positive expression of p53

p21 and bcl-2 pro teins in to ngue SCC were 46 %

respect ively .The expression of p53 and p21 pro teins w ere related w ith tumor pathological g rade (P <0.05)and cervical lymph node metastasis.The expression of p21 protein w as associated wi th that of p53 pro tein (P <0.05).There w as no sig nificant relation amo ng the expression of the three proteins.【Conclusion】p53

p21 and bcl-2 pro teins can ex tensively posi tive express in tongue SCC .The expression of p53 and/or p21 proteins is valuable in determining the tumor biological behavior

metastasis potential and prognosis .
