摘 要: 【目的】 探讨脂联素(APN)?髓样过氧化物酶(MPO)与冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)之间的相关性? 【方法】 采用校正的TIMI血流帧数(CTFC)作为测定慢血流指标
随机选择经冠脉造影(CAG)确诊无冠脉狭窄病变并确诊为冠状动脉慢血流的50例患者作为研究组
另随机入选冠脉血流正常的50例患者作为对照组;收集两组患者临床指标并测定血浆MPO?APN浓度及血液生化指标
分析两组之间的差异
采用Logistic回归法筛选CSF的危险因素?【结果】 冠状动脉慢血流组MPO浓度(ng/mL)明显高于对照组(93.70 ± 37.75 vs 26.76 ± 6.20
P < 0.001)
APN水平(mg/mL)较对照组显著减低(4.06 ± 0.20 vs 8.78 ± 0.75
P < 0.001)
差异有统计学意义;Logistic回归分析表明血浆MPO(OR = 1.23
P = 0.001)水平升高?APN浓度降低(OR = 0.92
P = 0.040)与CSF有独立相关性?【结论】 MPO?APN水平与冠状动脉慢血流发生密切相关
可以作为预测冠状动脉慢血流的血液生化指标?
Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the correlation of coronary slow flow (CSF) between the plasma levels of adiponectin (APN) and medullary peroxidase (MPO). 【Methods】 The study population were consisted of 50 SCF patients and 50 normal controls
without coronary artery stenosis by coronary angiography (CAG) . Coronary flow rates were documented by TIMI frame count (TFC). Plasma levels of adiponectin(APN)
myeloperoxidase(MPO) and other blood biochemical index were obtained in all participants
and analysis of the difference between the two groups
logistic regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors of coronary slow flow. 【Results】 MPO levels of the CSF patients were significantly higher (93.70 ± 37.75 vs 26.76 ± 6.20 ng/mL
P < 0.001)
but the APN concentrations were lower than control group (4.06 ± 0.20 vs 8.78 ± 0.75 mg/mL
P < 0.001)
there difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Logistic regression analysis show that high plasma MPO levels (OR = 1.23
P = 0.001)
and low concentrations of APN were related to CSF (OR = 0.92
P = 0.040). 【Conclusion】 The levels of plasma MPO and APN were closely related to coronary slow flow
can be used as a predictive indicator of coronary slow flow.
