Change and Significance of Perioperative Blood Eotaxin and MCP-2 of Patients with Acute Lung Injury during Liver Transplantation[J]. Journal of Sun Yat-sen University (Medical Sciences), 2011, 32(5).DOI:
【Objective】 To investigate the change and significance of perioperative blood Eotaxin and MCP-2 of patients with acute lung injury during liver transplantation. 【Methods】 The incidence of lung injury of 66 patients scheduled for liver transplantation was observed. The level of blood Eotaxin
MCP-2
and TNF-α was detected by ELISA. 【Results】 (1) Seventeen of 66 patients suffered from ALI
with a incidence rate of 25.8%; and 5 patients died after surgery
among which there was a mortality of 29.4% for ALI patients. (2) Compared with preoperation
blood Eotaxin
MCP-2
and TNF-α showed elevated level at 3 h of neohepatic phase and 24 h after surgery
which was also the highest level during the whole investigation. 【Conclusions】 The level of blood Eotaxin
MCP-2
and TNF-α increased due to the impact of liver transplantation
which aggravated lung injury
and Eotaxin
MCP-2 possibly played an important role during the procedure of acute lung injury.
