【目的】比较电子时空影像关联(eSTIC)技术与常规时空影像关联(STIC)技术在显示胎儿心脏结构中的应用价值。【方法】随机选取的2018 年1 月至2019 年12 月在我院进行产前胎儿心脏超声检查的180 名孕妇。由一名经过培训的超声医生分别使用STIC 与eSTIC 技术获取入组胎儿心脏的容积数据并存储。由另两名经验丰富的超声医生对获取的容积数据进行线下分析,比较两种容积数据对正常心脏结构的显示率。【结果】eSTIC 技术对胎儿四腔心切面(93.33% vs. 78.33%)、左室流出道切面(87.22% vs. 75.56%)、右室流出道切面(78.89% vs. 66.11%)、三血管-气管切面(84.44% vs. 70.56%)、主动脉弓切面(72.78% vs. 60.00%)、动脉导管弓切面(81.11% vs. 63.33%)、室间隔三维重建切面(81.67% vs. 60.56%)、房室环重建切面(68.33% vs. 51.11%)的显示率及心内各结构平均显示率(80.97% vs. 65.69%)均明显高于STIC 技术,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。【结论】eSTIC 技术获取的容积数据比STIC 能提供更清晰的结构信息。eSTIC 技术可以作为二维扫查的有效补充,提供二维难以直接显示的心脏结构,辅助临床诊断。
【Objective】To compare the application value of electronic spatiotemporal image correlation (eSTIC) technology and conventional spatiotemporal image correlation (STIC) technology in displaying fetal heart structure.【Methods】A total of 180 pregnant women who underwent prenatal fetal cardiac ultrasound in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected. A trained sonographer used STIC and eSTIC technology to obtain and store volume data of the enrolled fetal hearts,respectively. Another two experienced sonographer performed an offline analysis of the obtained volume data and compared the display rates of the two volume data on normal cardiac structures. 【Results】The visualization rate of fetal four- chamber view(93.33% vs. 78.33%),left ventricular outflow tract view (87.22% vs. 75.56%),right ventricular outflow tract view(78.89% vs. 66.11%),three-vessel trachea view(84.44% vs.70.56%),aortic arch(72.78% vs. 60.00%),ductal arch(81.11% vs. 63.33%),3D rendering of complete intracardiac septa(81.67% vs. 60.56%),3D rendering of atrioventricular annulus(68.33% vs. 51.11%)and the average number of recognitions(80.97% vs. 65.69%)obtained by eSTIC were all significantly higher than those of STIC(all P<0.01).【Conclusions】The volume data obtained by eSTIC technology can provide clearer structural information than STIC. The eSTIC technology can be used as an effective supplement to the two-dimensional scan clinically.
