探究脑脊液中甲状腺激素在预测孕期甲状腺功能减退所诱导大鼠自闭样行为的潜在价值。
方法

将12只Wistar孕鼠随机分为对照组、甲状腺功能减退组(甲减模型组),两组子代鼠于出生后第2天(P2)、P7、P14、P21检测血清和脑脊液中促甲状腺激素(TSH)和总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总四碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平,并在P2、P7、P14进行超声波发声测试,P21进行三箱社交试验的行为学试验。
结果

与对照组相比,在发育期(P0~P21)甲减组的脑脊液中FT4水平显著降低(P2:

Objective

To investigate the potential value of thyroid hormones in cerebrospinal fluid in predicting autism-like behaviors induced by hypothyroidism in pregnant rats.
Methods

Twelve pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group and a hypothyroidism group (hypothyroidism model group). Offspring from both groups had serum and cerebrospinal fluid levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), total triiodothyronine (TT3), total thyroxine (TT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), and free thyroxine (FT4) levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid. Ultrasonic vocalization tests were conducted on postnatal day 2 (P2), day 7 (P7), and day 14 (P14), while behavioral tests using the three-box social interaction test were performed on day 21(P21).
Results

Compared with the control group, free T4 (FT4) levels in the cerebrospinal
fluid of the hypothyroidism group were significantly reduced during the developmental period (P0-P21; P2:
