摘要

目的

调查学龄前儿童饮食行为现状，探究家庭亲密度和适应性与其之间的关系。

方法

以2021年9月至2021年12月深圳市坪山区21 954名学龄前儿童及家庭为研究对象，采用问卷收集一般人口学资料，并采用家庭亲密度与适应性量表、学龄前儿童饮食行为量表收集相关信息。采用多重线性回归分析家庭亲密度和适应性与学龄前儿童饮食行为之间的关系。

结果

家庭亲密度类型和适应性类型与饮食行为的七个维度：挑食（

=0.252，

=114.457，

0.001）、食物响应（

= 0.111，

=24.973，

0.001）、不良进食习惯（

= 0.304，

=139.658，

0.001）、过饱响应（

= 0.259，

=105.332，

0.001）、外因性进食（

= 0.182，

=50.150，

0.001）、情绪性进食（

= 0.234，

=91.084，

0.001）、主动进食能力（

= 0.349，

=168.608，

0.001）均显著相关。在校正混杂因素后，家庭亲密度和适应性类型在学龄前儿童饮食行为的七个维度均为独立预测因素（

0.05）。

结论

家庭亲密度和适应性类型对学龄前儿童饮食行为的七个维度均具有显著的预测效应，家庭亲密度和适应性得分越高，学龄前儿童自主进食能力越强，其不良饮食行为越少。

Abstract

Objective

To examine the current status of preschoolers' eating behaviors and investigate its correlation with family cohesion and adaptability.

Methods

A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 21，954 preschoolers and their families from Pingshan District， Shenzhen， between September 2021 and December 2021. A general demographic questionnaire， the Chinese version of Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale Ⅱ （FACESⅡ-CV） and Chinese Preschoolers’ Eating Behavior Questionnaire （CPEBQ） were used to collect the relevant information. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the association of family cohesion and adaptability with eating behaviors of preschoolers.

Results

Types of family cohesion and adaptability were significantly correlated with all the 7 dimensions of preschoolers' eating behaviors， including food fussiness （

0.001）， eating habit （

= 0.304，

0.001）， satiety responsiveness （

= 0.259，

0.001）， external eating （

= 0.182，

0.001） and initiative eating （

= 0.349，

0.001）. After adjusting for confounding factors， our study showed that types of family cohesion and adaptability were independent predictors of preschoolers' eating behaviors （

0.05）.

Conclusions

Types of family cohesion and adaptability have a significant predictive effect on the 7 dimensions of preschoolers' eating behaviors. Higher scores of family cohesion and adaptability imply stronger initiative eating ability and less poor dietary behaviors in preschoolers.
