【Objective】To evaluate the outcomes of human gestations exposed in very earlystaye to Gonadot ropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH ag onist).【Methods】To summarize the clinical data including the pregnancy outcomes of 13 case

w ho were exposed to GnRH agonist at very early stage of their preg nancies

among 3 000 in vit ro fert ilization and embryo t rabsfer(IVF-ET)cycles during the last 7 years .【Result】Five pregnancies produced six normal babies

two pregnancies are abo rted and three are carrying on .Three pregnancies lost follow ing up .【Conclusion】There appear to be no increased risk of birth defects or pregnancy wastage in pregnancies exposed to daily low dose GnRHa therapy in early of gestatio n .
